Class Schedule and Locations - Wednesdays: Join us at 3:30 PM at St. Jude's Church, located at the intersection of Fanshawe and Adelaide Street, London, Ontario. Our sessions cater to individuals aged 45 and above. You’ll find us in the basement in the large room, where a warm and welcoming environment awaits you. Parking: There is ample parking available around the church building, ensuring you have convenient access to our classes. What to Bring: Please bring your personal yoga mat to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience during our sessions. - Thursdays: If you can’t join us on Wednesday, we invite you to our Thursday afternoon class at 3:30 PM, taking place at 1951 Shore Road in the Riverstone Retirement Building. Parking: There is plenty of parking on the street or you can use the gravel parking lot across from the Spektra Apartment on Riverbend Road. Entering the Riverstone Building: As you arrive, a concierge will be on hand to assist you. We also have a binder available for you to sign in. Please remember to add your name, so we can keep track of attendance and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.

Offering Part 1 course of the Art of Living Foundation. Learn the Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY)
Dr. Vasudev is a certified volunteer teacher of the Part 1 course.
Research data shows that the SKY practices significantly improve stress, anxiety, and depression across the age range. Participants who regularly practice SKY report significant improvement in sleep quality and quantity.

Greetings,
During the month of November last year (2024), I had a fall and broke my hip. While in the hospital, recovering from the fall, I contracted COVID-19 and then was diagnosed with a heart issue. These events traumatized my body, soul, and mind.
More than a year ago, I joined Dr.Vasudev’s Wednesday yoga classes. We do exercises that make us more aware of our bodies, improve flexibility, and improve our balance. We learn and practice breathing techniques and have learned to go deeper into meditation.
In those dark days of November, doing the breathing exercises calmed my worst fears and focused my attention on managing pain. I found comfort, strength, and peace while doing meditation.
As it is necessary to exercise to aid in healing the injury, my increased flexibility and improved balance made it much easier to do the required exercises.
I am so grateful for Dr.Vasudev’s yoga classes, the lessons learned, and the community in them. They sustained me in November and continue to do so now as I continue to heal.
